Shipping policy

Orders placed with Kalakriti Crafts are delivered through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post.

Orders are generally delivered within 3–8 business days, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery timelines are subject to the norms, serviceability, and operational conditions of the respective courier company or postal authorities.

Kalakriti Crafts is not liable for delays caused by the courier company, postal authorities, unforeseen circumstances, natural events, or other factors beyond our reasonable control. We make every reasonable effort to hand over the shipment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3–8 business days from the date of order and payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery of all orders will be made to the shipping address provided by the buyer at the time of placing the order.

Shipment and delivery-related communication may be sent to the email address and/or mobile number provided by the customer during the ordering process.
